In Electronics, it is Negative Temperature coefficient. It is the property of certain materials to decrease the resistance with the increase in temperature.
Example to this property are semiconductor materials.
Example for PTC is a pure metal.

Hi, i think you are referring to NTSC. It is NATIONAL TELEVISION SYSTEM COMITTEE-a broadcast followed mostly in U.S.
