Why is polyplex results and dividend details not yet out. they were to announce it on 30th may.

Polyplex Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange on 03-05-2011, that the Company proposes to publish the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 within a period of sixty days of the close of the accounting year i.e. on or before May 30, 2011.
But until now, there is no update on NSE website. This is something unusual surely, and they must either declare the results or at least an apology and revised date for the same.
