It cannot be generalized. ll scientist have not gone abroad. there are some very good ones still in the country and working very well. You don't get to hear of them because they keep a low profile.
The same scientists who gave us the atom bomb will also give us power. The reaction is the same . Only thing is this time they will leave the plutonium rods in the reactor while the reaction is going on. That way the reaction will be controlled nuclear reaction and the energy released will be used in lieu of petroleum power.

India has good scientists, and inspite of the brain drain, we still have many who are enough for our country. So what Rajiv says can be right. and Hope its is right.
