Excellent sources of vitamin E include: mustard greens, chard, sunflower seeds, and turnip greens. Very good sources include almonds and spinach.

Have a side dish of dark leafy green vegetables.
Add sunflower seeds to your salad or cereal.
Garnish you recipes with chopped almonds.
Use peanut butter or almond butter in your sandwiches.
Make a fruity salsa using papaya, jalapeno peppers, cilantro and ginger.
Add chopped olives to your salad, pasta or eat them as a snack.
Handful of roasted (dry) Almonds and Peanuts will make a good snack.
Include broccoli preferably steamed in various recipes.
