NDMC is the wrong acronym if you are looking for the corp headed by Mr.E.Sridharan.In fact you even got the Chairman's name wrong.It is DMRC----DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION.Mr. Sridharan is its MD.(source-http://www.delhimetrorail.com/corporates/about_us.html ).NDMC, otoh ,stands for New Delhi Municipal Council & is headed by Shri Parimal Rai(source-http://www.ndmc.gov.in/AboutNDMC/ChairpersonMessage.as px).
