High in Omega 6 and extremely Rich in Potassium, Potassium is best to reduce BP or hypertension

Can help get rid of acne and pimples. Eating figs can help reduce risk of breast cancer. It is also helpful in reducing cholestrol. It can be used as a treatment for indigestion, constipation, diabetes, piles, measles and upazila. Do you know today is world Health Day. If you really start eating figs regularly, there won't be any need to celebrate any such day in future :P
