You can reach office at 1/4 th the cost - transportation, in your spare time you can catch up on the newspaper - you have a chance to meet more people on your daily train - you can catchup on music - films on ipod or laptop - it saves you energy of not having to drive your vehicle - and so many more - and of course there are no disadvantages

Less or no traffic block for other modes of transport. More people can use. Time taken is less and generally punctual and safe. Disadvantage: overcrowding and insufficient time for entry and exit.

Advantages - they are cheaper then the other transport ,it is safer than other transport
disadvantages - the security is very bad
