An agent has the authority to act on the behalf of the principal and create contractual relationship between the principal and third parties. This kind of power has not been enjoyed by the servant. A principal has the right to direct what the agent has to do. A master has not only that right but also the right to say how it is to be done. A servant is paid by way of salary or wages while an agent receives a commission.

agent takes the incentive for the work u ask him to do. servant do watever u say in a limited wage !
