Each persons body is different so visiting a dietician is best atleast once ............wat i wuld suggest is jst hve 1 protien in a day rest on soups nd salad nd for ur exercise go to walk at home 3 miles by leslie sansone u wil surely c d difference ......bt aaaagain i tel u each persons body is different

Brisk walk at least 30 minutes a day and eat plenty of negative calorie food and avoid junk food.
