MY dear sir, the aircraft boeing 737 which crashed was manufactured by Boeing company of usa. it is mandatory for them to investigate and find out of the cause of accident.,they want to make sure that the accidenty is not caused due to some malfunction of aircrafts instruments. it is a manadatory excercies which HAS to be carried out. there is no MOU required for this. if you buy an ac and the the company engineer comes to check any malfunction in ac , do u need an MOU for this, ??????

Yes, the Aircraft has to be studied by the Experts from the Manufacturer to explore the cause of the Accident from the manufacturers point of view to further ensure fail safe features as well as system responses during the flight operations ,to bench mark safety aspects ,they normally covered by an agreement for claiming insurance certification to identify the causative factors leading to the accident ,besides there are certain other provision from the manufactors to salvage ,replace the craft as a part of the sale of aircraft .Since , the aircraft seems to be 2 year old ,it is necessary for them to study and provide a report to the aviation safety authorities.

Boeing is an American company. ILS was also developed there. Most of the runways are built to ASTM Specs. Every misfortune such as this gives a lesson. The plane overshot the landing strip usually 300 Mtrs of Rigid pavement (Brush Textured). Although there was a circular against hard landing of commercial aircrafts, there is a lot to learn about why within the limited length of the run way, the aircraft's breaking and engine reverse thrust did not bring it to a halt. A 737 is not a wide body or the heaviest of commercial craft. And then immediate flame, and reason for it is to be known. This is not an American government sponsored visit. No MOU is required here.
