Early to bed, early to rise, makes us healthy, wealthy and wise.
It is not enough just to wake up early. We need to do some exercise to keep fit, fine and fresh so that our body gets tuned and our mind also works well.

Waking up early , you are facing afresh new morning with new rising of the sun which could be clouded later on. Fresh mood , chirping of the birds, silence being all serenity in the atmosphere give you enough time to set mind on your business.

Sabse pahle to....subah ka shant watavaran.....sunahra ugta hua Surya....chahchahati chidiyan......ye sab...hame prakruti ke behad sameep le jate hain.....
aur doosra...hamare paas////kaam niptaane ke liye//kuch ghante...adhik mil jate hain..jis se..aapadhaapi nahi machti aur ham kuch lamhe..apne liye aur apne ya apno ke sath bhi bita paate hain :)
aur health benefit to.......hai hi :)
