Resignation of the Home Minister is not the solution for the deteriorating problem of law and order in the Maoists infested areas of India. Instead, PC should give more time and attention to this problem and try to solve it by precision and well planned attacks on them or by sitting with them accross the table. Although, technically, he is responsible for the carnage, I feel that if he continued, it will be better for our nation.

He does not know what is happening in his own constituency. How come he will know about the country. Most of the time he was warning Pakistan as if he is a minister for foreign affairs. He knows only how to help Hawalla players and swiss investors to multiply their money in Stock market. He shall give way to others.

Good After Noon.

He drew a lot of criticism from all and sundry. He is holding on to the moral high ground by having offered to resign. Considering a lot of other Ministers, he is far more capable. This phase will pass. But he is sure to do something to convey that he can act tough but now many not be as vocal as he was before.

It is personal opinion that his heart was actually in Finance MInistry. But Home Affairs was thrust on him. He is too sauve to handle Home Ministry, that requires a fair amount of street smartness.

As long as our Home Minister is a congress man , he will not feel the responsibility of his mishandling of internal issues , I feel he is immature Chidambaram's policy of using the media against the Maoists, another senior officer with outstanding knowledge of India's internal security, said, "When you are fighting insurgents within your country, this is never done. The use of the media to build your image as the doer is a different ball game. The home ministry is an action-oriented and sensitive ministry. While fighting insurgents it's important not to send provocative messages. Fighting Naxals in the interiors of India is one thing and polemics is another

The trend of resigning on moral ground by our politicians is a thing of the past.

In our country human life and that too of a soldier has no value.

Very soon we would forget Dantewada and we would see the same Home Minister grinning.

My question is why none of the IPS officers who are the leaders of these para military forces been sacked for such a poor and tragic mayhem at the hands of Naxalites?

There are many "Rathores" in this nexus of Police-politicians.

Neither a resignation nor its acceptance or rejection can ear somethibng now. What is required is the Streel frame for our IAS and IPS cadres as dreamed by Great Sardar Patel and show the world that they really means business. Home Ministers & Prime Ministers will come and go; after all JANATA is looking at the Administrative frame of this country!!!!! Vande mataram
