Yes, but not for a small amount. If anyone is giving Fort Knox gold treasure, luck can be sold. It will be aluck in itself in exchange.

Do not gamble taking shelter of your wealth nor staking it. Money is hard earned, wont come simply - but wasting it pretty easy. Luck depends upon the time chosen for a performance.
