Yes. You can buy properties in Navi Mumbai near International Airport and near Panvel Railway Station Area. The area near PIMSR is also at easy costs of Rs 4500 to Rs 5500. In 10 years time the present property rates will be equal to Rs 15,000/- to Rs 20,000/- per square feet like Chembur, Nariman Point, Kings Circle, Matunga, Vashi and South Mumbai Areas of India. New Panvel, Kharghar, Seawoods, Belapur, NERUL and Vashi Sanpada Areas in NAVI MUMBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CITIES India

This is the best time to buy property if you have funds as due to global ecnomic slowdown and high home loan rates the properties of major developers and builders are not selling and they are lowering the prices or offering great offers thus making it the best oppurtinity for buyers for more views and details of properties visit http://www.assetventures.in or www.indiaproperties4u.com or delhiproperties4u.com

Not really. It seems there may be strong influence in the values in coming market situation. The changes may be more apreciable to miidle level purchases.Prime properties and remote area properties may have a static value. Please check with the experts in your area as even in a city there are extreme regional price fluctuations due to money market changes.
