BPCL/HPCL/IOC:- HPCL is cheapest among them in terms of Mcap/Sales and P/BV. BPCL is approx 30% premium to HPCL and IOC is at 30% premium to BPCL. I thing rather than buying all three, it is best to find outperformer. I know u like BPCL, but among these three HPCL would be outperformer ?
