If you want monthly fix dividend than look for MIP plans of Mutual Fund which invests 15 to 25% in equity also. But the pay out of dividend will not be the same as it will depend on market. other option is put your money in Postal MIS scheme which will give you guaranteed 8% return for next 5 years and 5% bonus on your capital on maturity.
