Mr. Sibal being an interpretative attorney-turned-politician, who is capable of making any kind of statement anywhere, he likes. Every beggar wants to find some mileage out of the Bill, which is still a non-starter...!

Its true the rulers hold the key and its also true even if NDA would have been in power same would have been results its just the face which changes intentions are as black as swiss money
