I am not in past ,but at present...........in last february I travelled by bullock cart to move from a village to another in Jalpaiguri District of West Bengal.............We the Urban/ City people may find fun in it but it is still their way of transport, needless to mention about movement of Paddy / or Jute........

About 30 years back I had to go to a remote villege in regard to a dispute of villegers [ court local-commission work ] then there was no other mode except bullack-cart to and fro rly.station.
