Indian in foreign countries follow all the rules of those countries but once they come home for holidays or for any other reason, they take things for granted and just ignore the rules. One of the reasons for this behaviour of Indians is because the rules implementation in foreign countries is strict and not lax as in India. For example: In the UK, the police fine even top politicians. This is not the case in India. Our police salute those in power even when they break the rules. Our rules are some of the best but implementation is very poor. This is because of corruption and meddling by politicians in every sphere of area. If police do their duty of implementing the rules, sometimes they are just transferred as punishment. I am sometimes getting totally confused for the peculiar behaviour of our people once they land in India. They think that 'kuch bhi chalta hai hamare deshme'. They need to change.
