We need to conduct a Psychological and Social STUDY nation-wide, to fully understand the real issues behind CRIMES AGAINST WOMEN. On the basis of the results, we could take necessary steps to ENGINEER the society to prevent such crimes in future. Any com?

We are not able to conduct even proper census, then how do u suggest this Psychological Study and Social Study?
Even to conduct a small motion and time study within small entity requires a month time of seasoning their mind to submissive to study, itz unimaginable to conduct some simillar study nationwide :P

* Simple eve-teasing - 100 round simple whipping in open place
* Rape to adults - 12 years R.I.
* Rape to Minors - 20 years jail.
* Gang-Rape - Principal rapist( Capital) Punishment & Others with 20 years R I.
* Rape & Murder - Capital Punishment
