Q.
We have won a civil case in trial court and than filed execution and judgement debitors had made part payment but the trial court has closed had closed the file with the remarks "fully satisfied" while we had made an application to release that part payment made by judgement debitors now we want to know that can we again made execution petition for the balance decree amount in the same court or some other court

If you are not satisfied with trial court, go to sessions court or even high court
