On the condition of not sensing my leaning for any political party , I like to say, Congress is never out of the reckoning either singly or in coalition with other "secular" parties including the Left. I admit, BJP would storm the lower house of the Parliament this time, with far superior tally, but don't see them forming the Government with the present composition of NDA. They need more and more allies to strike absolute majority. But, the fear of losing minority votes , are keeping the regional parties of higher percentage minority population states still away from BJP. The technical majority and comfortable majority are far apart. Worse,the way, the BJP leadership have treated their senior leaders during ticket distribution, have sent a shocking signals to smaller parties that they are inflexible and unaccommodating.

In such a condition, even in the glum of a moral and numerical defeat, Congress may come up as a glorious schemer of upsetting dreams of BJP. I refuse to b ...more

Obviously itz BJP.
Even with apple to apple comparison considering media survey, BJP+ has grown from 14o+ to 3oo+ within 1o months.
In this same forum, member used to gang-up and ridicule if anyone say BJP would get absolute majority but many of them are convinced there are probabilities and many otherz hv simply quit for good.
