We can learn from australian cricket team management. some of our so called genius players need to be sacked from the team. what do you say .... ???

We [Indians ] seldom think to learn from others. Always think we are superior in every field to every other country. Also, every individual bears different opinion from the other. Which was also found in the Paki's cricket team. Every player blew his own bugle; resulting in the loss to their pride.
If we can bring some best IPL players and allow the slower ones to take rest; there should be no resentment among the seniors for this.

Look from the other angle.. Even in Australian Team, 4 players defied the coach.. Indiscipline surfaces when think process stops. This happens everywhere, and players are sacked after failure in every country. We do not have to learn from Australia... they are learning from us.
