Do you understand this as a person getting a salary of 15000 per month is now drawing 30000 per month after implmentation of Sixth Pay Commission(6th PC). NO. Fact is that they have accecpted the doubling of basic salary. For a person at executive cadre in central government the basic is around 10000 Rs, and DA he was drawing before 6th PC was 70% of basic. After the basic is doubled to 20000, the DA becomes 0.
