It has become a fashion these days to criticize the verdicts of the higher judiciary. We accept that justice has been done only if the verdict is according to our personal feelings. We ignore the fact that these judges have been trained to look upon any case in an objective and professional manner. They follow certain structured guidelines and procedures which have been laid down by our country's legal system. If everyone starts passing his or her own judgement then do we have courts?
