He has been banned for the whole IPL tournament. however there will be a further hearing whether he should be banned from international matches in the future. last heard news was that he had written a personal letter to the BCCI to go easy on him and give him a last chance. harbhajan has been reprimanded several times by the ICC in the past for different events.
