Forgive me for being a skeptic here but then having my own grandpa in INA, I know the type of propaganda our colonial army unleashed on them. The British and colonial army in India followed a scorched earth policy- whenever they moved away from a village or an area, or whenever they found public opinion hostile, these gentlemen would just torch the entire village , destroy everything in site and blame it using massive media wave on the Japanese and on SUbash Bose.

The Govt version of the events are shaky. THe forensic experts on the ground found no "credible" link to anybody and the only Maoist link was that THE POLICE ***CLAIMED*** to have found PCPA and Maoist propaganda material on that site.
