Please recollect the words the Public Prosecutor told- justice not only has to be done but appears to have been done. This he said because Anjali Waghmare, the counsel appears to have filed a vakalat on behalf of one of the witness in this case (for some other case). It appears that she failed to disclose this to the court and hence the revokation of her appointment.

Yes a question mark on our judicial system. WHY HIGHER COURT IS NOT TAKING UP THE MATTER ON THEIR OWN AND PUNISH THE OFFENDER?

Another major controversy was seen when the two courts of Kerala (Kochi) pronounced judgment on Sister Abhaya's murder case involving priests and nuns when the CBI was about to get at the very root and truth. "Truth triumphs" has only slogan value now. h its credibility very soon not to lose faith of common man in our legal system further.
