Yes, Its done according to Indian constitution and laws. Unfortunately It took about four years of delay in executing Kasab against the vicious and heinous terror attack and the killings of the innocents. This delay caused the Govt. to spend crores of rupees for his long custody, security and his "luxurious life" in jail.
Though his execution was delayed, the justice has been fulfilled at any way.... that is the only consolation and relief for the families of the victims.
