Was Bal Thackeray truly a Tiger as he is remarked so quite often..please give reasons?

In every state or community there is a section of its population which is not able to succed economically. They feel helpless and frustrated. If anyone is sucessful in planting this idea into their head that someone else is to be blamed for this situation, they readily accpect it and such a person appears to be messiah to them.
Thus we have religious tigers, regiional tigers, caste tigers, language tigers etc all over India
But the people (also belonging to same state or community) who do well in life through their sincere hard work and intelligence do not think so since they have developed their sense of identity on their own.
