Calling a particular cast, class or a religion as corrupt is against the constitution. Now a days, political and religious leaders are commenting their invalid words for Rapes, corruption etc.

Most of us, if given a chance, indulge in corruption.
Whoever enjoys power, privileges, does that.
Only corruption is the really secular entity in India. It is beyond any religion, caste, community, region.
