Eden Group projects, Godrej projects, Manik Housing projects are a few property developers who do not forget mother Nature instead of low budget high quality ventures. May the trend spread.

Being a resident of Garia for last 16 years I am more than glad to recommend it to someone. The people are friendly, socio cultural events keep happening. A new project called Eden Residency is just near the Garia metro station is pulling investors.

A lot of new flats are coming out in Garia metro area. Their cost is fairly low than other areas. Garia is also a great place to live peacefully. Try there.

The proper management and maintenance are very important factor and a very few property development houses emphasize on that. Kolkata realtors usually do a great vanishing trick once the property is sold. However, Sy realtors, Eden Group proprietors believe in making cordial customer care relationship.

Most of the real estate agents have one common problem that is untimely delivery coupled with construction flaws. Five years ago when I bought an apartment by Eden Group I did not face these problems. Dont know if they still maintained the standard.

The main task is to find low budget and good realtors in unison. Things can get real ugly if one has not chosen an honest builder. My cousin has suffered a lot in the hands of fraud realtors.

Merlin Cambridge flats are starting from 92lac and ending in 2crore approximately. I dont think a middle class person can afford it actually. And their rate is gradually rising.
