'Superman' is a 1987 Hindi film produced and directed by B. Gupta. It starred Puneet Issar as Shekhar 'Superman', Dharmendra as Superman's biological father, Ranjeeta Kaur as his biological mother, Ashok Kumar as his foster father, Urmila Bhatt as his foster mother, Bob Christo as Bob, Jagdeep as Towffle and Shakti Kapoor as Verma, the underworld don. The film also starred Birbal, Preeti Ganguli, Rajan Haksar, Dinesh Hingoo, Jankidas, Lalita Kumari, Guddi Maruti, Murad, Sonia Sahni, Sudhir and Piloo J. Wadia in supporting roles.
