start with walking, jogging, then gym and healthy food - no fast food, minimum oil, butter, ghee
Be honest with yourself about the physical excercises. do everyday. In a months time results will start showing.. in a year you can be 80 kgs !!

Take only juice and nutricious food. Avoid oil, fatty foods and take carbohydrates in limit.
