Dewshmukh is a very powerful politician and congress does not have any one to marginalise him today. Congresshas start promoting someone and then the show will start. Congress of course is bigger than this man.

YB Chavan, SB Chavan, Sharad Pawar etc were and are all tools in the Congress hands despite their being powerful regional satraps.

It is not the first time when any minister accused of misusing his office for personal gain. In past, some ministers who occupied important positions have been accused of abusing their powerful position to supply members and followers with lucrative positions in the public sector. This is nothing but the mockery of the law of the land....Less said about Corrupt Congress, the better!
