The dividend was recommended and not declared it will be ratified at the AGM as and when it takes place, then a record date will be declared and the divident paid it is going to take about two months more u can expect the dividend in your account some time in october

Decleration and payment are made on two different dates , payment of final dividend is made after approval from AGM.
