Very small children start playing games on cell/computer, hardly any time for physical play which is so crucial. Is it creating problem to their health and growth ?

Yes they must be regulated with fixed time slots-After all they also need to know Computers to makea living sooner than later-
Physical play outside 4 walls must be encouraged

May be few kids are like that, but I don't see any such kids around me. Though most of them play computer games, thy are equally interested in outdoor games like cricket, basket ball, swimming and all.
