Urttarakhand -Before selecting the CM there were 36 MLAs paraded in front of the Governer by Congress (32 ,congress 3 rebels and 1 UKP MLA)
After selecting Vijay Baghuguna (Former High Court Judge turned Politician and bro of Rita Joshi Baghuguna-the present UP cong chief ) as the CM only 15 Congresss MLA's attended the swearing in ceremony!
Can Harish Rawat pull the rug fm beneath soon ??

Of course he can. He has seen the tides at the right time. After loss in UP, Bhauguna's political clout has suffered, which Harish Rawat can capitalize on.

Harish Rawat has intentionally resigned as minister of State from the Union cabinet to make sure that Vijay Bahuguna fails miserably and is also defeated in a by election.This is the height of lust for power.

It is too early
as CM designate Mr Bahuguna may have presented letters of support from MLAs,parade not required ,it being requisite when Governor feels the need
yes news of dissatisfaction are in,these were already before HIGH COMMAND while deliberating,so any one else may have faced similar situation with 4-5 aspirants with good record
let us see how it fares in future
