Q.

Why the Congress deliberately act against the public policies and ethics for good governance ?The Supreme Court today came down heavily on the Centre for failing to crack the whip on black money hoarders and ordered forthwith reinstatement of three key ED officials allegedly transferred midway into the probe in a case of foreign exchange law violation by Pune businessman Hasan Ali Khan.- Please Discuss.

There are two aspects to view this..

1.. Prior to that..whatever appointment in the Judiciary were under the control of Congress i.e. ex-CJI..and Media was also captured.. so, nothing was quite visible..

2.. Now, since the Intelligent Polity and Judiciary and other institutions and also Media is now active towards Governance..so you can see the Congress anti-Law policy..

they are aheading towards the sinking of Titanic..

1) There seems to be some confusion in the minds of the rulers at the helm about the public policies and ethics. They do not seem to be aware that the general public and the Supreme Court have better understanding of the above. Hosni Mubarak who ruled Egypt for 30 years always thought that he was doing the right thing all along until the day when his own countrymen kicked him out of power. Are there not some similarities here?
2) If Supreme Court wants, it can dismiss the present ruling party on the ground of upholding the Constitution as well as in the larger interest of the nation. There are dime a dozen cases and evidences to justify such an extreme move.

My brother, it all come down for "EFFICIENCY" vs "EQUALITY" and WE ALL chose efficiency, and money hoarding is one of the things we have to live with in "efficiency" based systems!

This happens in US too. Even if US is so rich, most working Americans are sunk in debt. Where doe all the money go?
