What happened if a person take a policy under mwp act and after 1 yr he divorced his wife?would this policy still continue?if yes who will pay the premium and do still insurance of that person continue? and if not who will get the corpus saved under the policy?

Once the policy has been taken under the MWP Act, it is not the property of the man anymore. The complete rights of the policy would be of his wife.
If the policy is discontinued, because of divorce or any other reason, anything payable under the plan would be paid to the woman, irrespective of their marital status.
