Q.

TWO FACES OF BRITISH IR.

.. informed the Indian Minister that he had discussed the visa matter with the British Home Secretary who assured that the proposal was mooted for a pilot, but hasn't been considered by the British Government,"
A high risk status for visas for Indian visitors to the U.K. is 180 degrees opposite to Prime Minister David Cameron's emphasis on a special relationship with India. If true, this move will adversely impact students, tourists and business alike,"

Can we confront British Strategies that wants to Control Indian Political system??

Perhaps you are not aware that it is not India but there are FIVE other countries too, including Pakistan who have been declared as High Risk countries from where people enter UK legally/illegally and disappear. Some takling shelter in Gurdwaras and some going to other Indians who provide Bed in Shed. UK has its own laws of doling out social security to such people. Even old parents of people are allowed to join with them. UK is finally realising the misuse of lenient laws by Indians. So they are now becoming strict.
All said and done, isn't UK a sovereign country which can make its own laws without asking the govts of India and other Five countries??
We don't allow Hindus suffering in Pakistan and wanting to become Indian citizens. They somehow escape and come here and plead for citizenship. We drag them back to border and push them back into Pakistan. Why? And now why do we cry "Look Look British are not allowing us to enter their country! It is a human rights Issue!"
