In the first place IMF is not India's bill collector Secondly GOI has no hold or control on the working of Swiss Bank. Swiss Bank are answerable to their customers and not to Indian government. Since Ramdev claims his Yoga can cure diseases like AIDS, Cancer, Homosexuality etc, what the civil society and government of India can do is advise Ramdev, that instead of wasting his time and spoiling his health by going on Fast, he can use his Yogic skills to bring the black money from Swiss Bank to India. GOI can enter into an agreement with Swiss government and their Banking Industry that India will send Ramdev to Switzerland to eradicate AIDS and Homosexuality from Swiss society. In return for every Swiss citizen Ramdev cures, Swiss government should return to India, money from one of the Indian's account of Ramdev's Choice to India. If Ramdev cures 1000 people, Swiss government will return to India money lying in 1000 Indians Swiss bank account. If Ramdev is successful in solving this is ...more

I basically see three major problems in this 1.The money mostly belongs to Indian politicians. They will never axe their own feet2.The Swiss Bank is a business organizatiion of world repute. It will never disclose the benficiaries or amount held by Indian depositors and will never agree to give that money to anyone except the depositors 3.The India govt. ordinance willnot be binding on Swiss Bank.
