Yes! It should be in the cernter of the house or at the top of the hosue wjere it should be a precisous place, not like near bath room or washroom It is moreover medicinal value it got.

Tulsi has a lot of medicinal values therefore itz planted with care and in holy places like Corridor of the house....and not everywhere.....
