Treadmill is cardio exercise but some other exercises are necessary. Loosing wt depends on contol on diet. Go for non faty, more fibers.

Treadmill is good but some physical exercises like weights helps as well.

Along with the usage of threadmill if u just check ur fat intake u may sometimes succeed in loosing weight and also u may develope ur body language

Treadmill is a good option to loose weight and also good for your heart but you should know its not a easy task and you have to stay committed to achieve some results and it will take some time. Dont forget to balance your diet.

Ya, but u have to walk at least 40 min walk daily. follow little but diet also.
