Actually no. because I seen many peoples likes whose name is Bidyadhar but he have no study or no knowledge. Chandramukhi but looking very ugly. Premanand but no prem and no anand. Does not matter what a name we have. It is important what we are. What behavior we have. Yes sometimes bad sounded names giving irritation for that person. But no related to his/her character. I think name does not affect a persons character.
