I have a work experience of 4.8 years in the airlines background.I have also done post graduuate diploma in human resource management from symbiosis distance learning institute, while working with air sahara.now since the airline industry is not doing good and theres not much growth , i want to shift to HR field.I am also planning to do executive mba in hr from IIM -C . Please let me know if i would be able to get a good job in HR after that as I dont have any prior experience in the HR field.

You have chosen right field for yourself. As you are planning to work along with your studies than executive MBA is the perfect line. Further, as you have asked about IIM C, there are some institutes associated with organizations like Hughes, Educomp, etc. which along with offering classes provide onsite learning through video conferencing, this can be so well manageable along with your working profile. Of course IIM-C is a good option, in addition to this the organization I referred to you offer programmes form almost all the leading colleges of India like IIMs, MICA, AIMA, XLRI and many more.
