Should the Union Communications Minister Shri A Raja step down after receving the SC notice ?

Morally he is bound to step down, and he should, but as the polticians have lost the sense of probity and good manners he will not, as technically he need not step down, but I would say he should step down

It is his moral duty to step down.But I suppose he is too thick skinned to do so!
