Hello, Yoga therapy prescribes fasting or semifast.
1.stop milk,buttermilk,ghee, curd, icecreams, sweets of sugar and jaggery for 2 months. take daily 400 gms of black grapes or cucumber or 7 amlas uncooked.Treatment is same for any disease.
