I hope there must be cross ventilation in your home that is enough to get dry your cloths as in the typical indian climate, no need to place cloths in sun heat..other than that if you ready to spend few bucks on electricity, you can use ceiling fan that is commonly used in rainy season when it becomes hard to find single sun-ray to dry cloths,I remembered my school days here,I was only one dress so far and the next morning I have to wear it..I was surrendered it whole night under ceiling fan!

You can hang your clothes in the kitchen and keep the gas burner on. The clothes will dry soon enough and your gas cylinder will get exhausted too. I have seen my devar and devrani do this in Duliajan. He works for an OIL PSU and they live in the colony where the gas connection is free and comes through pipelines. No problem for them.

You don\'t have place & facility to dry cloths in the sun.but you can always use the solar energy to dry cloths.you can take the help of some expert to manufacture some solar powered devices to dry cloths.may be a blower or some thing on the lines of a drier. this way you can harness the solar energy.its Eco friendly!!

Your comments suggest you are talking about DRIER BALLS: but these require a drier as these are put in the drier along with the clothes and your issue is to dry them without the drier.
Other solutions
-The fan as mentioned by other
-Use a foldable clothes stand (Space Constraint solution)
-or Just Go For The Wet Look.................lol;-)
