Coulor ful stones...some house or ship type toys....and some artificial plant or flower will do...and you can find much more :)

Get some tiny blue LEDs, fill the bottom of the tank with colourful pebbles, colored corals, stick a huge picture of the underwater ocean bed on one side (preferably) back of the glass fish tank, fat those small diver-dolls as oxygen tanks and also some original sea shells, clams etc
